How long do I have to sign up for?

We offer month-to-month leases.

Is my property insured?

No, we do not insure the contents in your unit. You may obtain your own insurance.

How much notice must be given when I move out?

You may vacate before the first day of any month. Just stop in the office and make the manager aware of your move out date. You should always move out at the end of the month. WE PRORATE AT MOVE IN, BUT NOT AT MOVE OUT. After the first of the month, you will be charged for the whole month.

Can I purchase boxes and packing supplies at your facilities?

Yes, we offer locks, boxes, bubble wrap, tape and markers.

What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?

Sizes vary. Feel free to browse the Unit Size Guide list. If you need help finding the right size for you contact us. We will be happy to assist and also provide you with current pricing.

How much will it cost me to move in?

Upon move in you will pay rent only. We do not charge any deposit or administrative fee.

When can I access my unit?

If you have an outside unit, access is every day from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at our Radio Road location and 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at our Shirley Street location. If you have an inside unit, access is limited to office hours.

Do you offer a mover?

We do not offer a mover. We have formed professional relationships with other movers and might be able to recommend someone. Contact the manager for details.

How can I make a payment?

Payment can be made at the location, by mail, automatically charged to your credit card or debited from your checking account. We accept cash, checks and all major credit/debit cards. You may also register and pay on this website.
